
Thank you to everyone for all of your support with this challenge! I've been feeling like a slave to the processed and sweet foods, and I know this is what my body needs to press the "reset" button.
Today went great. I got to eat so many tasty, fresh and colorful foods. I ate too much food tonight (becase it was all just so good!), but I think I will level out. And it was all good-for-me food! I feel good!
I did 30 minutes of cardio in between classes before lunch. My right knee is really bothering me still. My knees give me pain often, especially when I run on them too much. But since I've become a better runner, they've actually hurt less. Here's the weird part- my right knee didn't hurt during my 5K. Afterwards it was horrible- but only when I bend it. I can run on it without a problem. It is slowly feeling better, but if I try to sit down or bend, AHHH!!! Does anyone have any clue why I could run on my knee but not be able to sit down without yelling?
Anyway... I'm contemplating whether I should continue counting calories during these 14 days. Maybe I should pay more attention to how I feel and the nutritional benefits of the food? This might be the best time to sway away from counting.
This was meant to be a quick post. Ha! I need to get back to my assignments. I really want to squeeze in 20 minutes of Pilates and actually get more than 6 hours of sleep tonight. I will be blog visiting as soon as I can get this list trimmed down!
