I <3 Pictures (and fresh foods)!


So, I walk out of my class at 4:40 yesterday afternoon. It is pouring rain. (The one day I wear shorts... ) The rain and wind were so bad; no one left the building for 40 minutes. Finally, I decided I was going to go for it. I took my sandals off (trust me- it was bad) and ran for it. Well... the water on the sidewalks was up to my shins. And the wind! I was soaked! Driving down the road, I see this...
Look closely. It is a van with the door propped open and an umbrella hanging out. Yes, she drove like this. We in Tampa are classy like that.
I thought this was too cool! On my way home today, I saw this truck!


This Challenge is a joke. It is too good to be a silly challenge! I feel AWESOME! Seriously, I am more productive and optimistic than I have been for a while. And I get to eat a lot of these really healthy foods. Last time I did this, I had to deal with pretty intense cravings. This time? Nothing! I feel so good.

I put a pause on the calorie counting. I'm going to put the focus on my health rather than a number on a pad. I need to listen to my body and balance my food, even when the numbers aren't working out.

I I just read For the Love of Oats post about Larabars... now I'm really having a craving to try one of these bars. Seriously, everyone is talking about these bars, so I might have to buy a few after my 14 days!
